Swine Flu Hoax

Yes HOAX. This "new strain of flu" is not a particularly dangerous strain at all. Symptoms are mild. Recovery is quick. Elderly and young are no more at risk than with any other year's varieties of flu. Few have died. Far less than normal in fact. What we should be frightened of is the "cure". It is the FLU SHOT that is the real pandemic.

The truth is most of us can avoid getting the flu altogether! Eat as much raw, organic, vegetables and fruit as you possibly can. Take vitamin D, C, and Zinc throughout the winter months. If you do not have allergies to bees and honey, take Propolis. Propolis has been shown to destroy viruses. Wash hands frequently and don't touch your face when out in public.

If a healthy human being gets a virus, he has a strong, effective defense -it's called a FEVER.
A fever is the body's strongest defense against an invading virus. Monitor a fever closely, but don't fight the body's primary, front-line defense! I repeat DO NOT ELIMINATE A FEVER when the body gets a virus! This can be a DEADLY mistake!
