Here is an introduction from fbi.gov
"Now, we are announcing a revamping of our electronic reading room—renamed “The Vault”—which contains more than two thousand documents that have been scanned from paper into digital copies so you can read them in the comfort of your own home or office."
When you go to The Vault, a disclaimer pops up stating "some of these records are no longer in the physical possession of the FBI, eliminating the FBI’s capability to re-review and/or re-process this material. Please note, that the information found in these files may no longer reflect the current beliefs, positions, opinions, or policies currently held by the FBI."
....really?
So, apparently they have released a whole slew of documents proving, among other things, alien activity on Earth.
...so... we have proof of aliens.... now what?
Can we please provide proof that our world 'leaders'/would-be masters are Aliens in disguise?
